Industrial design is a strategic part of the development of products as well as companies. The focus is on the user experience, ergonomics and practicality with an added highly aesthetic aspect. Industrial design combines with innovation during development, when the user experience and production processes need to be revised and when the position on the market needs to defined.
Product development is a process during which the conceptual draft of the product faces reality. Different aspects of production process preparation need to be taken into account. The optimisation of the process is part of the developmental work of the team from the very beginning, leading to lower costs of the investment and shorter time frame from the idea to the execution. A team of engineers with years of experience in various production branches are responsible for the preparation and implementation of the product.
Graphic design underlines the message of the service or the product. It is a creative process that allows us to create various graphic elements in many areas: design of logos, web pages, various publications, ads, etc. The manner in which the graphic elements communicate is adapted to the longterm goal the client wishes to achieve with the service or the product.
Visual perception of the product begins on the shelf, where the first contact with the product occurs through the packaging. The functionality of the packaging must meet all the expectation of the user. Design of the packaging includes everything from the choice of the material, shape, colour code and size to the final look of the package. It must be attractive enough to draw in the consumer, who notices and chooses it from a myriad of other packagings.
Tracking the consumer from the first contact with the brand until the final moments of his/her experience with the brand. Service design is a method of creative thinking that allows us to design the user experience. We know how important it is to control the understanding and, in addition, the presentation of visual and emotional information. Service design includes directing and controlling user experiences through the ambience, behaviour of employees, dress code and other elements that have a positive impact on the user experience.
